Ok I guess I should probably update, and besides I’ve gotten a few requests. So no, I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth, I’ve just been busy lately.

Hmmm well where do I start….

I bought a new car! I will say though that I had some good times in that car. It was harder to get a new car than I thought, well ok I mean I didn’t want to give up the blue stang but I knew it was time to move on. So what did I get? ANOTHER STANG hehe its an ’06… its beautiful… I guess I’m just one of those people that will always drive a stang… But I just feel like… I’ve gotten older and accomplished a lot so far, so I thought I deserved a new car. Jeez things just happen so fast. I mean I’ve graduated from college, have a pretty decent job, bought a new car… what’s next? Gosh life has gotten pretty exciting…

I guess things at Pete’s office aren’t as bad as I once thought. In all reality he isn’t that bad of a person, but then again lately I’ve seen the human side, which is rarely seen, but it makes me realize that maybe deep down he does have a heart. In fact he set me up on a date, did I ever think that would happen, NO, in fact I never would’ve thought Uncle Pete would play match maker. And the date was great, we really didn’t do much but the company was great and there was just something there. Call me crazy but I think I like this guy. We all know that my dating history is a little.. umm… unsuccessful…. and we ALL know that I’m picky, but… there’s something there… but then again maybe I’m getting ahead of myself… (ya that’s me thinking too much…. Jeez)

Overall life is pretty good, I defiantly don’t have many complaints… well one major one…….. I can’t believe the weekend is over… Yuck back to work tomm… Oh well at least it was a good weekend…

Jeez sometimes I think I need to just live a little... Yes I have to work tomm, but I really want to go out tonight even though that might mean I will only be getting 4 hours of sleep, but we only live once right? Jeez I guess I just need someone to tell me to just go out and have fun... that is definatly one of my downfalls, I can't ever make decisions on my own.. ok anyways I know this is a really odd entry but im bored and I really want to go out.....

Oh well maybe sleep would be a good thing since I have a really long weekend a head of me...

Its 9:11 on a Sunday night and there is no one online to talk to and nothing overly exciting on TV to watch… Sounds like a great time to update the LJ.

Hmm this weekend like every weekend lately was interesting. Friday we all went out for Scotts Birthday, which was fun, but a lot went down that night. Like the fact that Freeman drank more than I think I’ve ever seen him drink. I feel bad for the guy, I mean ya he’s a nice guy, and someone that I defiantly could be friends with, but…. Nothing more, and I know he likes me and it sucks to hurt someone’s feelings because I know how it feels, I’ve been there plenty of times… But what can I do? Well besides Freeman drama, I drank FAR too much, much more than I had planned on. Sometimes its nice to just let go have a few drinks and feel a little buzzed, but I think I was beyond that point. I felt like crap the next morning, the kind when you wake up and the room was spinning, that’s the worst. I dunno, sometimes I think I drink way too much, but if you think about it I only drink on the weekends and usually not all weekend, just one day, so I guess that doesn’t mean I need AA yet. Lets see what else… I tried to be good, and what I mean by that is I didn’t over due the flirting with a certain someone in our group. I was told my a friend that when I like someone I make it too obvious, so I’m trying my hardest to change that…. DAMN that’s hard when your drunk, and there’s someone you like sitting next to you, but I was good and I know Jen was proud of me hehe

Hmm last night, I did nothing…. Which sometimes is alright but last night it made me think… Which we ALL know I bad… Then at midnight I got a call from Cass saying that her Bro was having ppl over and Rick the Hick was there HAHA that guy ROCKS! But it was already midnight… I was bummed… I mean even if I wanted to have gone my mom would’ve flipped and it would’ve taken me an hour to have gotten ready…. That sucked… I kinda wish she would’ve called me earlier, I defiantly would have gone. I dunno looking at last summer compared to this one, we all had a lot more fun. I miss partying at Cassie’s… we all had fun there but I guess things change….

God I’m glad this is going to be a short week for me… well it wont be short by much but a half day on Friday makes a difference! Camping is going to be interesting… but fun. If it sucks us girls will make our own fun. But there’s a lot to think about when it comes to the whole camping thing…. I dunno yes I will be with all my friends but then again that could be a prime time for Drama… Oh well I’m just going to have a good time. And then on Sunday Sarah and I are going to The Warped Tour, SWEET!! I’m So excited I get to see my fave band.. My Chemical Romance.. *SIGH* yay I’m SOO excited… not to mention I went to Hot Topic yesterday and bought a MCR Shirt in a Youth Large (YEE HA) and a MCR decal for my car… yay! Sad I know but I’ve been looking forward to this weekend for awhile now…

Alright now its 9:52 and there still isn’t anyone online…Yes it took me this long to write this entry because I was talking on the phone to Jen haha….. in all reality I should probably go to bed so that I can start a new week (fun) but I’m really not all that tired… hmmm…. Alright Bed it is…

Alright, I guess I should probably post an update since I can’t remember when the last time was I updated….


Life.. Hmmm… I’ve come to the conclusion that no one in their life is really actually happy. Whether its their job, or their relationships, I personally think that it is impossible to be truly happy. For example.. I was so excited to start this job because I thought it was going to be awesome, and I was just extatice that I had found a job! But now that I have been there a little over a month (which seems like years) it sucks… I mean most of the people I work with are awesome but many of them aren’t. I thought that starting a job would be so much better than going to school, but that isn’t true. Right now on this Sunday afternoon I think I would rather be writing a paper than worrying about work tomm. Its sad when every morning I feel sick before I get to work… I thought that after awhile that feeling goes away? But I guess not…

Moving on….

I’ve also come to the realization that I only have a few REAL friends… Jen, Sarah, Hammer... I love all of you and I know that you have my back whenever I need you and that means more than you know… But it hurts when you think u have real friends and they only say shit that hurts you…I mean no one is perfect but to point out all my flaws in front of everyone else.. Thanks that makes me feel great… If I don’t see this person for awhile that would be fine by me… I have nothing to say to him, or do I care about him what so ever… maybe he should move to FL to find a job. I hate to say shit about his especially since I know in the past I’ve liked him and always felt some kind of connection between us, but after last night I think that has changed. All my life I’ve struggled with relationships and my true friends know that… My god I never even had a date in high school because I was too shy and now I’m still single because I guess I don’t play hard to get. But heres the problem…. My whole life I sat back and figured a guy would just come my way and sweep me off my feet, and I guess that’s why I’ve always been single. Guys don’t just approach me, buy drinks for me, or even just compliment me for no reason. Sometimes I just feel like I’m invisible…
Since my last approach doesn’t seem to get me anywhere, I try and be flirty and ya it comes off obvious sometimes if I like someone.. I just its just my way of screaming out that I like them… I can’t help it.. I don’t know what else to do? I just don’t understand…. I guess I’m just obsessed with having someone because I’m afraid I’m going to be alone for the rest of my life, and I can honestly say that is one of my biggest fears in life… I just want to be happy, and that never seems to happen.

I thought that by losing weight again it would make me happy, because my memories of being thin meant higher self esteem just over all feeling better… well I’m approaching the 20lb mark and yet I don’t feel any different.

Maybe I just think too much… but I can’t help it that’s just the way I am…

Its amazing how life can change so dramatically in the course of a week....


I graduated from OU (Oh ya I passed all my classes with flying colors... 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 2.5, I can say im happy with that)

Today was my last day at Dr. Hiltons office

And now I start my job on Monday.....

Life is moving faster than I want it too, or aleast faster than im ready for... I knew I wouldn't be in school forever (even though sometimes I wish I was), but why am I scared to death to face the real world? I should be excited to get away from my old job and start something new and exciting, but im not...

God I have issues....

The good thing right now... Im back on my diet... yes for good... as in forever... I need to learn to lose weight and keep it off.. i hate this dieting crap.. but its only been a week and so far I've lost 9.5 lbs... not tooo shabby... I just need to stay on track... thats not as easy as it may sound.. anywho I'll keep you posted... Besides I need to look good for all those Lawyers I'll be working with ;)

Alright... I thought it was about time for an update....

Well my life isn't as bad as it sounded in the last entry, I guess I was just PMS-ing that day hehe... anywho...

School Status: Almost done!! May 7th is graduation!! YEE HAA! hehe.. can't wait to be done!

Job Status: I FOUND A REAL JOB!!!! Thank god! I got a job at a private legal firm not too far from my house (which is always nice)... I'll be working as a Paralegal in the Criminal Divison.... I'm so excited! This is exactly what I wanted to do, and this is getting my foot in the door. I'm excited to start, but a little intimidated too, only becuase of all the crap I need to know before I walk in the door... BUT I know I can do it, so it shouldnt be a big deal. Its just wierd to think that my life is moving on. I'm the kind of person that can't always look toward the future, just the present, and now to think that I'm graduating from college and now have a full time job, its crazy to me!

Parentals: They are great!

My Love Life... Ok this aspect is still sucking but oh well, I know there is someone out there with my name on them and I will find them someday. Its hard being single for so long, but a lot of that is my fault for carrying old baggage that I need to let go. And thank you to a certain someone for posting in my last entry, It made me feel good, and let some things go. You know I feel the same, and we have both moved on, but it makes me glad that there are no hard feelings. As for Jason, he is a thing of the past, even though I saw him driving his GTO on Hall Rd. GRR I guess I can't blame him... he was SO into his job and didn't have time for me, let a lone anyone else, so I can't really be mad at him for that.
I am starting to learn though that I need to let things go, and that I need to be happy with myslef before I find someone. SO I'm making a concious effort to get back into shape, and feel good about ME for ME and no one else. I want to be more independant, I should HAVE to have a BF, but sometimes it would be nice. I guess I should just be thankful that I have great friends and family there to support me and make me laugh.

Oh ya I'm not seeing the shrink anymore, I think she added to my stress and I feel better NOT talking to her (if that makes any sense at all)... alright now that I said all that I need to go to bed so I can get up for work in the morning...

Why do things always have to be so complicated? Oh god I sound like Avril…. Honestly though I don’t get why some things come so easily to people, but when it comes to me I struggle? I mean I know life isn’t supposed to be easy, fine, but god cut me some slack!

This is my last semester at school, like that isn’t stressful enough…. Well I have 4 classes that are kicking my ass… and on top of that they are all Sociology classes (my minor)… yes I know what you’re thinking… “Soc should be easy” ya well that’s what I thought but its not! I’ve already completely bombed a test in my Law class… yep 0.0… lovely.. The professor was cool about it though, he let me write a research paper for extra credit. Well I got that back and all he gave me was a 2.8. THAT SUCKS… I busted my ass to get it done early and it was good…. I guess what I’m saying is that I have to do decent in my classes and I’m already starting off on the wrong foot. Grr….

And trying to find a guy is just ridiculous. Finding a truly good guy is completely impossible. I met a guy that I thought was awesome, every quality I wanted... he was a little dorky, but in a cute sense… but he is so hot and cold its not even funny… haven’t talk to him in forever and then he comes online and says hi to me and that he’s going to call me? WTF? Well he hasn’t call as of yet and I don’t think he will but why string me a long? THEN I just started talking to a new guy, thought he might be cool, turns out he’s obsessed with me… like crazy obsessed…Ok .. Can I not find someone in between…? I have one that only likes me sometimes and one that wants to be attached at the hip... COME ON... I need some space once in awhile…

Ya and at school I filled out an anxiety test just kind of as a joke but I answered it seriously... Turns out they wanted me to meet with a shrink because I have “issues” according to my survey…. Ok well I decided to go see her since it’s free for a while… WELL turns out I defiantly have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, some kind of post dramatic stress syndrome and on top of all that, depression... HMMMM I guess that explains a lot... Maybe she can help me sort shit out… right about now I need all the help I can get….

What I think of Valentines Day
hearts and roses and kisses galore....
what the heck is all that junk for
people get mushy and start acting weird
Its definitely the most annoying day of the year
this day needs to be over with the end is near
before I shove a dozen roses up cupid's rear
I'll spend the day so drunk I can't speak
and wear all black for the rest of the week
guys act all sweet but soon it will fade
for all they are doing is trying to get laid
the arrow cupid shot at me must not have hit
because I think love is a bunch of shit
